Bug#535801: cryptsetup using incorrect device

2009-07-08 Thread Andrew D. Clark
Hello, just adding my voice to the chatter. Same problem - using 2.6.30-1-amd64 and cryptsetup 2:1.0.7~rc-1. As a workaround, I booted off a rescue-cd, mounted /boot, and moved aside the current initramfs and put the backup initramfs in place. Such are the perils of unstable. -- Andrew D.

Bug#535801: cryptsetup using incorrect device

2009-07-06 Thread Erich Schubert
Hi, same thing here. Cryptsetup trying to use my swap device as root filesystem and failing there, rendering the system unbootable. I'll try to proposed fix now, removing the line mentioned in the bug report. best regards, Erich Schubert -- erich@(vitavonni.de|debian.org)--GPG Key ID:
