gdal_polygonize.py is already in the package "python-gdal", as it's a python
binary.

Hi, I've installed latest gdal-bin from experimental, and I found out
the gdal_polygonize is missing. Gdal_polygonize is in 1.6 branch, so I
think it's aproppriate to include it (unless there's some problem I'm
unware of).
