The window manager thinks the edge of the screen is there, and won't let
the window get any further than that.

Does this also happen with the 2D driver from unstable?
Also, can you explain what exactly you mean by "can not be moved further
right" -- you mean your window manager just doesn't let you drag windows
that far because it thinks the edge of the screen is there, or that
something bad happens then y
