So the problem only happens during upgrades. If python-uno is unpacked but
not configured, it will not work, you can easily reproduce the problem
by doing this:
rhert...@rivendell:~$ sudo dpkg --unpack
/var/cache/apt/archives/python-uno_1%3a3.0.1-11_i38
