The package installation got somehow fixed after killing the tspc process and
installing another package - dpkg managed to complete tspc configuration by
successfully setting up an ipv6 tunnel anew.

The package works - I have an ipv6 tunnel up and running despite that on
bootup it reports some error about "udev... net/tun...". It is just the
package manager reports the package half-configured, dpkg as broken. As I
