Yeah, that's been noted in /usr/share/doc/nspluginwrapper/README.Debian for
some time now.
libssl3.so must have been added after I wrote the original recommendation.

Hi,
I've had the same error when using nspluginwrapper for flash 10.
After some stracing I found that libssl3.so is needed.
Doing aptitude install ia32-libs-libnss3 solved the problem.
