This isn't really a great idea since you'd be taking a vector format
(PDF), converting it to bitmap, then re-saving to a vector format. But
actual PDF export support is filed upstream for people who want this
functionality fo

After importing and editing a multiple-page PDF with each page as a
layer, it would be nice to be able to save it. The only PDF output
option I've found is "print to file" in PDF mode, but that only
produces a single page.
