The proposed solution is not enough if you try to install Bugzilla in
another URL than /bugzilla3, which is probably very common. For example
I have created an alias for "/bugzilla" instead, but the links to

A clean installation of bugzilla3 has a skin problem.
When bugzilla3 is launched no css file can be loaded and thus pages come out
without any skin feature. Also any new skin directory added under
/usr/share/bugzilla3/web/skins/contrib is
