willing to sponsor this package (I'm not a DD). As it happened, we were
both too busy otherwise and didn't get beyond some preparations.
I am still interested to make SciDAVis an official Debian package.

Debian packages for Etch and Lenny to be provided on the upstream
website [2]. I will CC him this mail, maybe someone can sponsor his
