Ok, I found why this bug triggered.
I had newer glibc (2.7) than in etch,
probably from testing, but old initramfs-tools.
(probably i was testing newer kernel (2.6.24) with my
second gigabit network card, but now i don't use it)
Downgraded to etch and 2.6.18-6-xen-686
with unpatched initramfs-to
