As I mentioned in the upstream todo:
I have just used this hack to workaround this issue:
find -maxdepth 1 -type d -a -\( -execdir grep -q {} ~/.mrconfig \; -o -okdir mr
register '{}' \; -\)
What it does is look in the current directory, one level deep, for
directories and check if they are in
Package: mr
Version: 0.29
Severity: wishlist
Maybe mr could recursively scan a tree for indications of VCS repos
(e.g. .git dirs) and check whether they're registered in .mrsetup,
or let me know otherwise...
