Gosh! I didn't notice Dmitry provided his solution to fix this bug.
Anyway, here it is mine which also tries to add support to lighttpd webserver.

Yes, it is still bugged and I can't fix it right now:
- my laptop is broken
- I am busy with school currently (an entrance exam in September)
Thus I am tagging the bug help and I welcome any patch regarding this issue
or a NMU if the release team agrees to let the fix
