Sorry, I cannot reproduce this behavior on my machine. If /etc/environment does not exist, it is created by the postinst script in case you asked those variables to be set. What happens if you run dpkg-reconfigure anon-proxy? Best, David signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
