Patch provided by George Danchev attached for anyone who needs a fix while
we coordinate an upload of bobcat. If you need stealth to build under
gcc-4.3, patch and rebuild bobcat, and then build stealth.

and give people an advance warning. In GCC 4.3, the C++ header
