I can reproduce this behaviour on Ubuntu Gutsy amd64 using Qtiplot 0.9-rc2 from
the Gutsy repos and also using Qtiplot 0.9-2
from packages.debian.org. Qtiplot crashes with
"ASSERT failure in QFont::setPointSizeF: "point size must be greater than 0",
file text/qfont.cpp, line 710"

i wasn't able to reproduce your bug with qtiplot 0.9.0.
could you try to reproduce the bug with latest release as soon as it will be
available (it must be uploaded today or tomorrow).
