I've fixed debmirror so it will at least not fetch Contents files that are
already up-to-date. Using the diffs will be more work, but I'll try to
look into that too.

Hello Goswin and Josh,
I'm voting for this if this would prevent debmirror from downloading
Contents files every time, even if they are up-to-date.
Thanks in advance,

Package: debmirror
Version: 20070123
Severity: wishlist
Debian mirrors carry diffs for the Contents files, in addition to the Packages
diffs that debmirror can already use and mirror. Could debmirror please
support using and downloading the Contents diffs?
Thanks,
Josh Triplett
