Bug#432858: Update library path in monitoring modules

Package: mon Version: 0.99.2-9 Many monitoring modules in /usr/lib/mon/mon.d directory use SNMP.pm library. Package libmon-perl installs the library into directory /usr/share/perl5/Mon, which is not normally searched in by perl. Thus, the monitoring modules needs to require the library in follo
