built/installable on mipsel, arm and hppa. That means that gcc-4.1 will
have to be built before on those architectures, too.

please update twisted to 2.5.0, as we need it for Zenoss (#361253).
We'd like to have the Zenoss package ready when Zenoss 2.0 comes out,
which will be around May, 20th, as this should result in some positive
"advertising" for Deb
