Upstream does not ship with the AddCharset directives. They are Debian specific
from source file debian/config-dir/mods-available/mime.conf. We just need to
add that line to it:
AddCharset BRF .brf

BRF (BRaille-Formated) files are text files in the BRF charset. They're
usually named something.brf, and are widely used for shipping books,
courses, tax forms, etc. on the web. By nature, they should be
announced with
