My problem with cryptoroot on LVM turned out to be a different issue, so I'm
cloning the bug report. I found a workaround/solution:
1. In /etc/crypttab,
found 402417 1.0.4+svn16-2

Hi,
I have a setup with LUKS-encrypted root partition on LVM. The boot fails with
similar results as the original report. My LVM volume group is
called 'kelev'.
