By the way, I've just uploaded a new revision to Ubuntu which includes
many other fixes, you might have a look at it.

This patch isn't correct at all. The Encoding field shouldn't be added
any more as it has been deprecated, and the Icon field is already
fixed in version 0.7.
So the only change to make it valid is removing the Encoding field
(which has been added to 0.7), and change the categories as proposed.
