I've seen this too, on one of my sarge->etch upgrades. Apparently
happens when librsvg2-common is configured before libgtk2.0-bin has been
upgraded, which suggests that the versioned dependence on libgtk2.0-bin
needed tightening.
Does #419335 mean that the problem has already been solved for lenny
