Well, you must be in plugdev group and the camera must be explicitely
known by

Hi folks,
According to the README it should be sufficient to be a
member of group "plugdev" to access the camera. But this
does not work. lsusb says:
$ lsusb | sort
Bus 001 Device 001: ID :
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 05e3:0702 Genesys Logic, Inc. USB 2
