Anything new here? One option to "solve" this bug, would perhaps be to
package something like:

And to let ca-certificates recommend this.
btw: I do not want to say, that fetch-crl is the best tool for this (I

It would be really neat if ca-certificates shipped a daily cron job that
would download the Certificate Revocation Lists from each of the enabled
CA certificates.
