Dear Dmitry, The default WindowMaker theme was changed to more 'GNUstep-like' one (see bug #286344). The old default theme loooked nice to me, and I see no way to switch back to it in the new wmaker version. I see a way. The theme you want is not from www.windowmaker.info but from Gary Burke
