So the backtrace here doesn't look particularly helpful because libGL isn't
built with debugging symbols, but the errors output beforehand are
interesting:

With help from Steve Langasek I have found that the game does not
crash if used with the mesa package from experimental (libgl1-mesa-dri
6.5.0.cvs.20060524-1).
