I confirm this bug. It looks like zd1211 firmware files are in wrong place if you use linux kernel 2.6.18. I have wireless A-Link Wl54USB stick. When I plugged it into USB-port, firmware was not loaded because driver was not able to find it. This package installs firmware in /usr/lib/hotplug/firm
