Hi, I can reproduce the same problem here on my etch system.
A simple "apt-listchanges
/var/cache/apt/archives/icedove_1.5.0.8-1_i386.deb" is printing out:
"Reading changelogs... Done"
nothing more.
dpkg-reconfigure didn't help either.

Hi,
apt-listchanges doesn't do it work anymore. I have upgraded some
packages, but it didn't send me a mail as usual.
I try to dpkg-reconfigure it (with the same settings), but it didn't do
anything.
