This patch is 5 years old... but I'll give it a try.
If it works, I'll send the patch upstream to see it included in future
releases.

/usr/share/gtkpod/scripts/mab2vcard is almost usable out of the box;
however it:
- assume thunderbird stores things in ~/.thunderbird
whereas the Debian version stores it in ~/.mozilla-thunderbird
- genereates a list
