Because of *.la files (the list of deps added for *.la files is huge,
see version 2.10.1-2 in changelog).

Hi,
libgnutls-dev just changed from depending on libtasn1-2-dev to
libtasn1-3-dev. You have a Depends on both libtasn1-2-dev and
libgnutls-dev, so those now conflict.
PS: Why do you depend on it when you don't have a build
dependency
