I am a new user to xfce4 and wanted to setup my .xinitrc so that
xfce4-session started instead of my previous window manager. I looked
in /usr/share/doc/xfce4/README.Debian and it refers me to
`man xfce4_setup`, which unfortunately doesn't exist
