that's one of those bugreports which I never got an email for. However,
thanks for the patch, I applied it at
http://archive.daniel-baumann.ch/debian/packages/cdrdao/1.2.1-7/.
Unfortunately, it currently doesn build due to a bug in the code, need
to look into it..

Hi,
gcdmaster is included in the cdrdao sources, but is not
shipped by Debian. It's a very useful tool and it would be
nice to have it in the archive.
I attach a patch to the cdrdao source package which adds
an extra binary package for cdrdao
