make-fai-nfsroot uses debootstrap to create an NFS root. However, the
debootstrap 0.3.3 from Debian SID only contains
a /usr/lib/devices.tar.gz which is 600 bytes. Many device nodes aren't
created that are needed for the FAI nfsroot image, e.g. the ones for
