(I don't see the crash, so certainly a galeon built against the previous
libxul works with the new one in some cases (but it's not clear in
which cases).)

Could you please try to create a blank account on your system? Does it
crash?
Do you have any plugin such as the mplayer plugin?
Hi
I tied to build galeon from source with unstripped code to get a full
backtrace but i can't fullfill the build-deps. libxul-dev doesn't
install as it conflicts with mozilla-browsers libs. This would remove
half of my Desktop (if I remove it), which is no option.
BTW, there is another report f

Yes I have this on two hosts here and in both cases it works with the
older version of libxul0d.

Weird, does it crash systematically? I'm using libxul0d-1.8.0.1-6
here, and Galeon
Package: galeon
Version: 2.0.1-3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Galeon crashes with the latest libxul0d while it tries to load the first page
on startup.
Epiphany crashes too, Firefox isn't affected. After a downgrade to
libxul0d-1.8.0.1-5 all
is fine again.
Cheers
