Bug#357166: tpkg-install-libc: fails to download packages

I had the same problem, with sparc-linux. Setting TPKG_SERVER=ftp://ftp.uk.debian.org in the environment when running tpkg-install-libc fixed this for me. This seems to be because the mirror was split, and ftp.debian.org no longer holds all architectures. -- Stuart Brady -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, em
