I'd like to let this bug have a severity of normal. (At least it's
minor.)
I installed that package and when opening
http://localhost/doc/apache2-doc/manual/
I only get:

Severity: wishlist
Make a /usr/share/doc/apache2-doc/README.debian saying how one is
supposed to read the documentation.
E.g., one hasn't started apache yet as one should always read
documents first before operating equipment.
