I recently installed etch with the daily graphical installer image from
the 4th February with the default debconf priority being 'high'. So this
is broken by default on etch (for desktop users).

I set my debconf priority to critical in order to see if I could get by with
just the defaults, as I am prone to modifying configs without a second thought.
