Actually, dbf2mysql build-depends on libmysqlclient10-dev, not 14-dev; 10 is
still in unstable, so this is not currently a FTBFS bug.
We still want to get rid of 10 as well for etch, though, so here's an NMU
patch to take care of this particular depen
