Now that #227655 is fixed, we do have an Australian dictionary, so my
own documents are happy. I therefore do not need the fallback
mechanism myself.
I'll leave this bug open however for other environments, since the
fallback

Hi, I have my documents set by default to English (Australian). What else
would I use, I'm Australian, right? Apart from spelling, there are
questions of date, decimal, money formatting and cultural pride. So
selecting English (UK) is not
