Hi Marco,
I just like to tell you my experience with newer udev versions. You
set the timeout to 30, but that seems to be to long for my
system. With 0.071 25 or 26 were good values, while with 0.072 and
0.074 20 seems to be the right setting.

This is not a bug. If you want fixed numeric links, you need to
configure them.

amixer: Mixer attach hw:0 error: No such file or directory
but the sound card worked. I tried a few timeout settings but Domiks
26 seems to be the right one
