I just tried with a 19k image: that works fine. With a 1k image, it doesn't.

When I save a small attachment, which is a PNG image (right click on the
file name and Save As), I get the file dialog. It is already in /tmp and
already set the File Name to what the file name of the attachment is. I
select "Save".
