Hi!
Attached is an updated patch for the utf handling in slrn. It should
handle messages with non-RFC1522-encoded headers (e.g. as sent by Outlook)
a bit better. It turned out to be pretty hard to use a (non ASCII7)
default charset, as those messages are sent in all kinds of
(incompatible) chars
