Thanks for reporting the bug, but i'm not intended to replace:
disable-axfr to no. You would leak information to the outside. Maybe it
is security by obscurity and if you can convince me...

I've just found out this is in fact a change of behaviour in 2.9, where
disable-axfrs must be set to "no" but allow-axfr-ips set to specific IP
addresses for it to be restricted.
Could the configs be updated in the package, if the upstream has done so?
