I'm sorry about the duplicate reports. I was under the impression I
could use reportbug for 3rd party packages. But even with the -m switch,

There doesn't appear to be such a package in Debian. Do you know
where you obtained it from? What does
dpkg -p zsplit | grep Maintainer
and
dpkg -p unzsplit | grep Maintainer
say?
