Listing all drivers explicity in the knoda package would require
rebuilding all knoda packages whenever a new database driver is added to
hk-classes, which would otherwise be unnessesary, and is unsightly to
boot and it further couples the packages.

Although I gather the program is supposed to work with a variety of
servers, the only driver it shows is for mysql. There is no
indication of how to get others, nor do there seem to be suggested
packages that would help.
