The postinst creates the wwwoffle.conf
from /usr/share/wwwoffle/default/wwwoffle.conf if it doesn't already
exist, and then fixes up a num

Well, you have
#run-uid = daemon
#run-gid = daemon
commented out in /usr/share/wwwoffle/default/wwwoffle.conf
So one does not know where it was supposed to
