I think the problem is the missing space after the %(MNTPT) in the
nfsmount config. Please try out this new nfs mount configuration:
nfsmount /bin/mount %(SERVER):%(VOLUME) %(MNTPT) "%(before=\"-o \" OPTIONS)"
