That is great news! It seemed from looking at the website and my
attempts to contact the author that they had stopped maintaining the
program, but this tells us otherwise.

I think that it is correct to send this bug to upstream, as they
should include the new whitelist entries, however I believe that this
can be fixed in the debian package before upstream fixes it. The patch
I provided can be used to make a dpatch which will make it work
cleanly without modifying the
Package: postfix-gld
