I am almost ready to make this bug RC. GPG has failed me on numerous occasions in the past week. Usually, I'd find ~/.gnupg/pubring.pgp.tmp next to a zero-sized ~/.gnupg/pubring.pgp, and the damage would be easily solved. Today it started to truncate the file: -rw--- 1 madduck madduck 3725
