Bug#292441: Non-root startx cannot move log file

Hi, About 2 years ago, you reported a bug to the Debian BTS regarding the XFree86 being unable to move the log file when executed by non-root users. The behavior seems to be fixed in Xorg nowadays (apart from some special command line options, as detailed in the BTS later). Did you reproduce this
